What is the status of my order?
We will email you once we have received your order and as soon as items in your order ship. We will also get in touch if there are updates on the status of your order. Can't find the email? You can login to your account and check the status, or drop us an email to check.
What are your shipping rates?
We have tracked and standard shipping rates for domestic orders based on order weight, and flat rates for international shipping, with optional tracking. Please see our Shipping Policy & Rates page for more information.
Do you give a percentage of your profits?
Yes, we do. A percentage of our yearly takings will be given annually to ministries close to our heart. See our Where do we give? page for more details.
My discount code is not working, what do I do?
We are sorry you are having trouble checking out. Please check the terms of the discount code to make sure it hasn't expired. If you are still experiencing problems please email us: info@walking-witness.com
Where are your products shipped from?
Unless otherwise stated, all items are dispatched from the United Kingdom, including our 'Made-to-order' products from our UK printing partners.
Can I expedite my shipping?
Yes! We do offer expedited shipping options apart from the standard rates available at checkout. Please email us if you would like to upgrade your shipping.
How can I pay for my order?
The Walking Witness store currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express, as well as other major international credit cards. We also accept payment via PayPal.
Can I exchange my order?
Yes, we do offer exchanges on products that have not yet been worn or washed. If you’d like to make an exchange, please get in touch.
How do I return my order?
Returns are accepted for all items within 30 days of purchase, as long as they are in an unused condition. Please visit our Returns & Refunds Policy for more information.
What are the size measurements for the T-shirts and Hoodies?
All our apparel is unisex and comes in a true fit. We suggest buying a size up if you want a more baggier, oversized fit. Some products have exceptions, see size guides for those listed below.

Chest: Measure all round your chest just below your armpits.
Waist: Measure round your waistline, where your trousers would button up.
Garment Chest: From underarm to underarm seam, across the chest. Please note this is a garment measurement.
Garment Length: From side of neckline to garment hem. Please note this is a garment measurement.
This product is oversized, if you fall between the sizes go for the smaller of the two.
