RETURNS & REFUNDS
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please drop us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. If you put your order number in the subject line and let us know the problem, we would be more than happy to try and resolve this for you.
Returns are accepted on unused items that have not been worn or washed. You have 30 days from the purchase of you items if you would like to return them for a full refund, or in exchange for store credit or others products of equal value. On return of a package, your items will be inspected. If the items appear to have been worn, we will unfortunately not be able to accept your return. (Items that are refused a refund will be sent back to you).
If you have an issue with incorrect sizing, we would be happy to exchange your items for the same product in a different size (depending on availability). If this is the case, please drop us an email. If the item you require is no longer in stock, we would be happy to exchange the product for a different style or offer store credit.
Full refunds are available on products that are unworn or unwashed. Refunds will be paid out to the original payment method within 1 day of the item being inspected and a refund authorised. Please allow 3-5 working days for your refund to appear back on your card or account. Alternatively you can accept a refund as store credit, or in exchange for another item of the same value within the store (subject to item availability).
